What is Elevit?

Elevit is full of essential nutrients beneficial for all mums or prospective mums. Recommended Dosage

Elevit is usually taken once per day or as directed by a doctor. If possible, the supplement should be taken at least 3 months in advance to regulate the woman’s health in preparation for a pregnancy. Continue to take the supplement all through the pregnancy and breastfeeding to ensure the mother and baby will have efficient levels of minerals and vitamins. The tablets can be taken with or without food and can be split up for easier consumption.
