Recommended Dosage

To apply the gel, simply wash the area you wish to treat and use your finger to apply a small amount of the gel. Gently massage it into the skin and wash your hands to remove any excess lotion.  If your skin feels sticky after application you may reduce the amount of lotion applied or slightly dilute it by putting a small amount of gel onto your palm, adding some water, and administering it to the area of skin being treated.
